BT have a break in

A BT exchange in Handsworth, Birmingham was broken into in the early hours of Sunday morning and vital equipment was vandalised. Over 900 broadband customers were without service until late on Monday. BT has now initiated a review of all its exchanges, many of which are currently unmanned.

Hi everyone

So here we go this is my first ever blog.

I have set it up to talk about broadband in the UK. I used to work as a Customer Service Director for a couple of household name ISP’s and so know a bit about the subject. My wife also runs a broadband comparison website callled UK Broadband Finder http://www.ukbroadbandfinder.com
